1. All sales are final unless the product is defective.

2. When making an order from baby buds, you purchase our product and the embroidery is a service that we provide on your behalf. We charge you what they charge Us. We do not take responsibility for the embroidery errors. We will make all effort for the product and embroidery to come out to your liking. If you are not content with the embroidery, then we file a claim for embroidery to be redone on your behalf. This would require that you purchase another product from baby buds. The embroidery provider reserves the right to reject your claim. If so, then you have to pay for another baby buds product and the embroidery to be redone at your expense.
